Hotel Near the Los Gatos Creek Trail and Vasona Lake

The Los Gatos Creek Trail follows the creek from Campbell south to Los Gatos, a paved, mostly flat path that is popular with walkers, runners, and cyclists. From the Carlyle Hotel, the nearest trail access points are a few minutes away.
Head south and the trail passes the Campbell percolation ponds and then Vasona Lake County Park, with lawns, picnic areas, and lake views, before reaching downtown Los Gatos. It is an easy way to fit some fresh air in between meetings, or to spend a slow weekend morning.
Tips
- Go early on weekends, when the trail is at its busiest.
- Check Santa Clara County Parks for Vasona Lake park hours and parking fees.
- End the walk or ride in downtown Los Gatos for coffee, then head back the way you came.
