Silicon Valley Turkey Trot

Thanksgiving morning in downtown San Jose

The Applied Materials Silicon Valley Turkey Trot, the area's biggest Thanksgiving Day block party, sends 5K and 10K runners and walkers through downtown San Jose from the start line at West Santa Clara Street and North First Street at 8:30 AM, with a kids' fun run at 10:15 AM. Proceeds benefit local nonprofits. Downtown San Jose is about 15 minutes from the Carlyle Hotel.
